We happily accept returns for eligible items within 30 days for a full refund or store credit, subject to our listed guidelines below:
- The returned merchandise must be unused and in the complete original packaging.
- Returns are subject to a 35% restocking fee.
- We are not responsible for lost return packages and it is recommended that you personally track them as well.
- Furniture is not allowed to be returned.
- Due to US government health guidelines, personal use items are not allowed to be returned as well.
Once we receive your item, we will notify you of the status of your refund 5-10 working days after inspecting the item. Refunds are credited back to the original method of payment.
Please also note that after we have processed your refund, we will not be able to check its status and you would have to personally follow up with your bank instead. If you wish to opt for store credit, kindly let us know through email.
